SENSOR+TEST 2010: Leading-Edge Technology from Finland
VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland showcases its latest technology offerings on miniaturized and low power consuming sensors and test solutions at the upcoming SENSOR+TEST 2010 event in Nuremberg, Germany.
On display at VTT’s booth will be micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) developed by the biggest multi-technological contract research organization in Northern Europe. This year’s emphasis will be on
- Low-cost microspectrometers for industrial and medical applications
- Wireless condition monitoring sensors for early-stage indications of bearing faults and leakages in industrial process plants
- Low power, high sensitivity gas sensors for combustible gases
- Pressure sensors for harsh environments
- 3D MEMS magnetometers based on Lorentz force
